
We supply the British combination fountain which can be used as a medium or large fountain by means of a two part auger and extension column. The extension piece is added to the centre column and adjustable tiers, giving greater flexibility to cater for larger parties and functions.
The chocolate is heated in the tempering device base and is then taken to the top of the fountain by a screw Auger.
Dips can be anything but care is taken in the selection of dips as we do not want to spoil your enjoyment by having to switch off the machine to decontaminate the chocolate.
Some of our favourite dips are strawberries, marshmallows, profiterols, fudge, most fruits, short bread, doughnuts, Turkish delight and jelly babies. If you have a favourite just ask and we will tell you if it is suitable for dipping.
